Welcome to LathiTech. By accessing or using our website (www.lathitech.com) and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform or entering into any service agreement with LathiTech.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to LathiTech, a software development company with offices in Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Saudi Arabia. “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual, business, or organisation engaging our services or using our website. “Services” refers to any software development, mobile app development, web development, cloud services, SEO, design, consulting, or any other deliverable provided by LathiTech.
LathiTech provides custom software development, mobile app development, web application development, e-commerce solutions, cloud & DevOps services, database engineering, AI & machine learning solutions, SEO services, and UX/UI design. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract before work commences.
By placing an order, signing a proposal, or otherwise engaging LathiTech for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
All quotations provided by LathiTech are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on project requirements provided at the time of enquiry and may be adjusted if the scope changes. Final pricing, payment schedule, and milestones are confirmed in the signed project proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before work begins. Remaining payments are due according to the milestone schedule in the project proposal. Late payments may result in project work being paused until outstanding balances are settled. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a given milestone.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. LathiTech retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, libraries, tools, or reusable components developed independently and not exclusively created for the client. LathiTech reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, content, and access to any necessary systems or accounts. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and, where applicable, revised pricing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
LathiTech warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a defect correction period as specified in the project agreement. Beyond this period, any maintenance or support is subject to a separate agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LathiTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with our services.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits or milestone payments for completed work are non-refundable.
LathiTech may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or analytics tools) in the delivery of projects. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or availability of any third-party services.
LathiTech reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
